Within the Customer Operations Steering Tribe (part of the larger Customer Operations Circle), we are looking for an ambitious data analyst to become a part of our Customer Operations Office Team, where we will use data to support, challenge and inspire our clients & back-office customer operations colleagues with clear recommendations, actionable insights, and efficient self-service dashboards.

The focus of this expert is to support the different Tribes with deep dives on the most important topics for our Circle

Key Responsibilities

Key overall responsibility is to provide our Customer Operations Leadership with a sense of calm, clarity and predictability by actively seeking to understand the plans and ambitions of internal and external stakeholders that significantly impact our operations. Our second mission is to promote transparency and understanding of the Customer Operations throughout the organization by providing clear and accessible information that enables leadership stakeholders to comprehend the bigger pictures.

To complete this amazing team of 8 people, I am looking for a “Insights Specialist” to take the lead in insights deepdives and cases around key operations topics:

Understand the business question and be able to translate in a key set of questions or hypotheses Write queries to gather the necessary data and manipulate the data accordingly Analyze the data by using relevant data techniques Create a consistent and comprehensive storyline that summaries your key findings in a crisp and compelling manner Present your key insights to all relevant stakeholders within the Operations Circle varying from team managers, Tribe Leads and our Operations Vice Present (and outside our own Circle) Support our other team members where needed

Jouw profiel

About You

Master's degree in a quantitative field (Business Engineering, Applied Economics, Computer Sciences, Information Management...) or equivalent by experience Looking for (non-starting) professionals and more experienced data experts with experience in Telecom, Entertainment, Consulting or similar industries is a plus Experience with at least 1 reporting tool and the use of QlikSense is a plus. Strong acumen in quantitative analytics and structured problem solving Results driven: able to coordinate an analytics initiative end to end from ideation through production and adoption and have an understanding of the life cycle of an analytics initiative and the common pitfalls. Excellent presentation and storytelling skills and ability to influence decision makers Fluent in English and in Dutch

  De apparatuur, informatiesystemen en -overdragers aanpassen
• De teamleden, gezagvoerder, bevoegde instanties, ... informeren over de interventies en de evolutie van de situatie
• De activiteiten van een team coördineren
• Doorgestuurde of uitgezonden gegevens, signalen, metingen en beelden opsporen of verzamelen en deze identificeren
• De toepassing van veiligheidsregels controleren
  De beveiliging van materieel en kritische punten controleren
• Apparatuur, informatiesystemen en -overdragers voorbereiden of monteren (conditionering, logistiek, ...)
• Zones inrichten
  Gevechts-, verdedigings- en beschermingsmaterieel en -systemen opstellen
• Communicatie en uitgezonden informatie bewaken en analyseren
• De werking van de apparatuur, informatiesystemen en -overdragers controleren
• Basisonderhoud van de apparatuur, informatiesystemen en -overdragers uitvoeren
• Elektromagnetische of geluidssignalen lokaliseren en analyseren
• Personeel briefen en opleiden over de technieken (gebruik, veiligheid, onderhoud, ...)
• Cijfermatige of gecodeerde informatie verwerken en doorsturen
• Acties leiden en middelen organiseren
